It’s a bit of a drive for us to get to Critters from West Chicago, but we sometimes go out of our way to go there! You can tell that they really spend time playing with & getting to know the pets that are there. And, they always have great answers to any questions that we have.

I highly recommend Critters Pet shop! They are a knowledgeable staff, and their prices are very good. They keep real good care of all their animals. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, and that’s because of the quality of the pets they have. I call Critters on any problems that I have, when it comes to my pets. Not one time have they steered me wrong.

Critters Pet Shop Inc
We LOVE critters! There are not many independent pet stores still around, but Critter’s is! They have a great selection of items for your pets that are hard to find in other chain pet stores.

Nice selection
I went inside and was greeted by a nice selection of “critters” My little one spent almost an hour looking at and petting the various animals. I think it was a miracle i got out of there w/o buying more.

Beautiful fish & decent prices
Critters is one of only a few pet stores in Saint Charles. It has the most amazing fish aquariums in the area. They carry both freshwater and tropical fish. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

They typically have a good variety of kittens and puppies as well. Prices are reasonable and you can find a great variety of supplies. It’s a fun store to walk around in and spend some time with critters. Huge selection of healthy critters!
