• We are an independent family owned store, with a personal touch.  All of us have a life long love of animals and enjoy matching people with pets.  
• At Critters we believe pets are special and part of the family. Our pet shop is not a high volume "corporate store".  While pets are here they are socialized, loved and exercised throughout the day. 
• Our goal is to be a different kind of pet store, one that supports community and pets. To be socially responsible and offer rescue pets of all species as much as possible as they are available to us.  
• Our hope is that you will spread the word by telling your friends about our unique pet store.  Support us and our rescue efforts by coming to our store for your pet supplies and food and to adopt your next pet too!    
• We offer a full line aquatics department with tropical fish and have decades of fish keeping experience.
• We are proud of our small animal department and have become well known for our selection of adorable bunnies, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, and other exotic pets. 
• We offer a full reptile department with an assortment of herps such as snakes, lizards, tarantulas, scorpions, frogs, turtles and more.  Nearly all of our reptiles are rescued/owner surrendered.
• We only feed and recommend premium foods and strive to carry a large selection of All American Made natural dog and cat foods, healthy treats and supplies.
